Den huvudsakliga verksamheten i VSKG är Konstrundan i Västra Skåne - en av Sveriges största. Varje påsk öppnar då konstnärer och konsthantverkare sina ateljéer för allmänheten. Höstsalongen under Allhelgonahelgen är numera också en etablerad attraktion.
